cute arrivalmodern bar areablack mouldbroken door
jade and emily were very cute when i arrived. the room included dove toiletries, it added a quality feel (i think) to the products. the bar area was modern. the bartender was polite and knowledgeable.
the shower needed proper cleaning because i saw a lot of black mould. the door was broken and not fixed. i also noticed some insulation tape on the shower.

The breakfast was quite satisfactory (especially the eggs).
I mistakenly stayed at this hotel for work. There was no air conditioning in the room and the windows did not open. It was too hot, especially on sunny days, considering the floor-to-ceiling glazing. I am also concerned that the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. The ventilation was lacking.

the receptionist was lovely and cute, very easy to check in.
The room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was quite unpleasant. also, the tv had no signal, so i couldn't watch anything. the place felt soulless and worn.
